Dash Paudyal -  Solicitor

Dash recently joined the firm  after graduating from Queensland University of Technology. Her areas of expertise are Family Law, Criminal Law and advocacy in both jurisdictions. Dash was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland in September.   

Therese Borger – Senior Law Clerk

Therese joined the firm in 2008. She already holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Political Science) from QUT. Therese is in the final phase of her Bachelor of Laws degree. Her maturity and immersion in her chosen fields of practise has seen her already enjoy outstanding successes in significant cases in the Criminal  Law and Disciplinary Law jurisdictions.

Sara Ser – Law Clerk

Sara is an undergraduate in a double degree in Law and Art History at University of Queensland. Sara, who is a native of the Republic of Serbia speaks conversational Serbian, Spanish, and Afrikaans. Her other passion is fine arts.

Sandy Lee – Law Clerk

Sandy is a Bachelor of Laws undergraduate at UQ. A native of Taiwan, Sandy arrived in Australia in year 5 of her schooling without knowing a word of English. Where most would struggle, Sandy ended up graduating from Sommerville House with an OP 1 and is now on track to obtain an honours degree. Sandy is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.

Phoebe Tyszkiewicz – Law Clerk

Phoebe was an outstanding student for the entirety of her secondary education at Moreton Bay College and achieved an OP2. She is currently studying a double degree in Law and Languages (Spanish) at University of Queensland. Phoebe is also fluent in French and insists that this is why she needs to take frequent vacations in Europe!!!
